Service ok eventually but am still very angry that I felt misled on original purchase of the candles - also on the shop display I didn’t see any sign of the remotes needed to use the candles correctly

Sorry to see that you feel you were misled The candles do not need a remote to be used correctly, they have a simple on/off switch on the base of the candle They can be controlled with a remote control and this is stated on the box in which the candle is packaged, it also says that the remote is not included We also have a sign in the shop saying that the remotes are available to purchase
