Firstly we do not appear to receive an email requesting a return as we have no issues with returns Our website is clear that the customer is responsible for returns . We aim to offer very competitive prices with free delivery but we do not offer free returns as was expected

Poor service

By responding to customer email,that would be a good start. Hermes need to regularly update their tracking service and BbD need to answer customer queries. I will not spend my money with this company...
