It was straight forward to renew and I had to the option to engage. I found the txt and email very oh I have to do it right now which on reflection is probably a good thing but it did panic me abit...

It was such a hassle free process. The service was very helpful and were able to answer all of my questions. I had spoken to a few insurance companies beforehand and they were just useless really....

Convenient service
Easy to purchase what I needed.
Site was user friendly.
The service is non-existent, I had some specific questions to discuss that are outside of their standard processes and couldn't get hold of them. They never called me back, although claim otherwise
