Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry your last experience did not live up to the excellent service we pride ourselves on. I have authorised a £20 credit towards a professional clean.
We appreciate you giving us another chance and I have personally contacted our car park provider asking them to ensure that your car is brought back in the same clean state you leave it in.
