The booking was straight forward and completed without hassle although I had to remove an additional cancellation charge which was not required. Print out explains everything in details. Lets hope...
No idea how they now expect someone to telephone them 20 minutes before they arrive - I am a single traveller and shall be alone in the vehicle driving!!

We advise that you pull over at a service station to make this call, as it is imperative that the parking provider is made aware of your arrival time. We do offer a more premium service Meet and Greet service called 'Meteor', where you would not need to call the driver beforehand, thus booking this service in future may be an easier option when travelling alone.
