Quick and easy to insure my bike. Could have paid in one hit but decided to pay in instalments by direct debit. Two minutes later - all done. Excellent cover for a reasonable rate.

Answered e mail promptly and provided useful information so I could go ahead and sort out my bike insurance.

Experience good so far - easy to use and only insurance that accepts bike hangars. Hopefully won’t have to use it for insurance purposes so I can’t comment on that yet!

I used the web site but when payment section was reached and I thought payment effected, I was told there was an error. I tried to pay three times but gave up. When I phoned BITMO the following day...

The person who helped me was kind but the payment has still not been taken out of my account.
