We're glad to hear your feedback. We want to make insurance as clear and simple for all of our policyholders so they know exactly what they're getting!

We send a renewal quote via email 30 days prior to the renewal date, as well as a renewal confirmation email on the day. We apologise if these emails were not received, as my colleague explained these can occasionally make their way into your spam / junk folder. I'm pleased to see that this has now been resolved and your policy cancelled with effect from the renewal date. We're sorry to see you go, but would just like to thank you for insuring with Bikmo over the past 7 years.
