Thank you very much for your feedback. We were obviously very disappointed to read you had not been happy with the service we provided, as you can see the majority of our feedback is very positive. Having investigated your account we note that the policy you took out did include an excess. Unfortunately, your claim was under the excess, which therefore resulted in us not being able to pay any claim. It is important to ensure you recognise any excess you have applied to your policy at the time of purchase, as this will affect any claims made. Best regards - Big Cat Travel Insurance
