Hi there, Thanks for the feedback. The medical screening service is handled by an independent 3rd party appointed by our insurer. Generally, the medical declaration team work from a series of questions asked to the customer at the time of the declaration, prices only usually change if one of the questions is answered differently by the customer. We do not have any access to the medical declaration records provided by our screening service and so are unfortunately unable to comment further on this matter. Big Cat Travel Insurance.
