Some misunderstanding about exact description of bed to be delivered. Eventually ok after speaking to another person at Panther. Delivered on time as promised. Assembled promptly with no problems.

Easy to order. Delivered on time by helpful personnel.
I can't praise this company enough. First class service from start to finish.
They gave me a price match and free next day delivery. What more can you ask for.
A mix up with the delivery post code which did get sorted but only after a number of calls and emails. Apart from that the delivery was on time and the men were professional in their work.
Very good price and initially good service when the delivery date needed to be changed. When the mattress didn't arrive on the allotted day - having taken the day of as holiday - they unfortunately...

We are sorry that our service was not up to its usual high standards. It is very frustrating when a planned delivery doesn’t turn up. The matter was taken up with XPD. They are such a large organisation, things sometimes go wrong. It is often easier for a customer to liaise directly with a carrier when booking a delivery as it saves a round robin of phone calls regarding a delivery date. We would have been happy to deal with, but suggested it might be easier and quicker if it was dealt with by the customer.
