Thank you for your comments which we take on board. It is always a problem when dealing with a 3rd party carrier. They are used so we can provide a quicker turnaround for our bed frames. Unfortunately on this occasion they have let us and you down. Please accept our apologies. Stephen

I ordered online and requested a price match to another retailer ...not a problem so l duly ordered
