Many thanks for taking the time to provide feedback. The couriers we use are a specialist wine courier and we do ask them, if it is safe to do so, to leave somewhere to avoid you having to get in touch with them to redeliver. They tend to know their areas quite well and know where they can and can't leave them. I will give them this feedback though and ask them to put a card through in future I do hope you enjoyed the beer though! thanks Gill
