We tried to send cases that were for Christmas gifts close to christmas as the feedback we had been given was customers didn't want them until then. I'll look into this particular case and find out exactly what went wrong. Every order was shipped in time to arrive for Christmas & we endeavour to answer emails on the same day. Clearly, something has gone wrong here and it has fallen way short of our usual standards. I will email you separately to discuss resolution Regards Gill

Sorry the beer got delivered earlier than you would have liked. I think it had been shipped before we processed your request. Glad the beers were enjoyed though Regards Gill
