Many thanks for your feedback which I will take up with the courier. We use a specialist courier and subsidise the delivery costs as we know how critical this is. We do ask them to leave somewhere safe or with a neighbour if appropriate but this is meant to make things more convenient. I will let you know the outcome after I have spoken with them thanks Gill

Apologies for not getting back to you but the courier couldn't provide any more info as it was so long ago. when a delivery is near to Christmas, it's often important to get the beer delivered rather than back to the depot causing the customer more work. I'm very sorry that this didn't work on this occasion. We get less than 0.5% issues with the courier which is an amazing rate in this industry. I'm sorry you had a bad experience thanks Gill

Many thanks for taking the time to respond. We do ask the drivers to leave somewhere safe or with a neighbour if it's OK to do so. This is normally preferable to the recipient having to get in touch with the depot to rearrange delivery. This doesn't sound as if it was hidden though and I have passed your feedback on to the local depot. Glad you liked the beer and they were enjoyed
