I've just tried calling you to resolve this. I'm ever so sorry you received a broken box. You ordered on the 28th and we shipped on that day in perfect condition. I've just spoken to the delivery depot and they damaged a box and instead of asking us to send a replacement they repacked and delivered to you. This is completely wrong. No damaged box should ever be delivered and we replace no questions asked. We would also have replaced your beers if you had got in touch and given us a chance. I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, our breakage rate is less than 0.5% and we use a specialist bottle courier to ensure incidents like this are rare. re the 6 different beers, it is clearly advertised as 6 beers x 3 as they are often shared by a group and they want enough of each beer to be tasted. We are as flexible as we can be and if you had wanted 18 different beers we would happily have accomodated this request.

I'll get in touch with you to find out about the labels if you don't mind. we use a professional label printer which was the best on the market. Bob Beer tried to pass it off as my birthday present it was so expensive! We've never had any negative feedback about the labels so I would be really keen to find out more thanks very much for taking the time to write

I can't imagine how the beer mats got ripped, but we've popped some more in the post to you. the crate is rustic but shouldn't have had any rough edges. I've spoken to the manufacturers and asked the boys in packing to check all the stock for any rough bits before packing Glad your husband is enjoying the beers
