I'm very sorry about the delivery. Our couriers are very reliable, however as this was going to France, it gets sub contracted to another company who took longer than it should. We have since changed our processes and ship items to the EU with a longer contingency. However, with this case we shipped as soon as we got the order, it's just the timescales were tight. I should have warned that it may take longer. I just didn't know at that point that it would.
