Regarding your dispatch comment, I can see that you order was placed in the afternoon, therefore it left our warehouse the next day and was delivered the following which was within our advertised standard delivery expectations. We do offer an express delivery service on orders placed before 3.30pm Monday to Friday but this option would need to be chosen when choosing the delivery type you'd like. Cheers Cheryl
