Hi, Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I'm sorry your box received some damage before it arrived with you. It is rare (less than 2%) but damages can happen. Some of DHL's customers allow them to repack whatever is salvageable and send out. We ask for any damages to come back to us so we can replace intact. I think as it was such a busy time, DHL followed the wrong procedure. I apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused. Looking at your order I can see that we sent a replacement for your damage and a voucher for your next purchase if you change your mind. Regards Gill
