Hi Alison Sorry to hear that you're unhappy with our service. We do send out an email confirmation when an order is placed along with the despatch email once it's left our warehouse, you should then be contacted by our courier DHL to let you know that they've collected your parcel from us along with regular updates from them regarding the estimated delivery time and that it's been success but we're always looking at ways to improve so could you please let me know some further feedback so that we can work on better communication. Hi Paul Sorry again for the issues with the delivery of your order. As explained previously DHL lost the 1st parcel in transit and as soon as you made us aware a replacement was sent again which unfortunately was also misplaced and a full refund was processed to you as requested. We have raised the issue with our account manager as this is not the service that we expect and pay for but we are currently looking at different couriers to try and make the delivery service a better experience for our customers.
