Thank you for your review and comments which are noted. We are delighted that you were pleased with the sales details as we pride ourselves on the quality of presentation for all properties that we market. It was unfortunate that a sale fell through during lockdown, but we were able to find a buyer after lockdown at a higher price than the original offer which was in excess of the asking price and for this reason I feel that our sales team was pretty proactive. We do, however, take all of your comments on board and your points have been noted and, again, we thank you for your constructive criticism.
everything was good until after we got the keys. the amount of rubbish left in the loft was unacceptable. there was half a skip full. all we wanted was an apology, what we got was a very rude text...

Good afternoon, thank you for your review. It is unfortunate that the sellers did not fully empty the property, but as I am sure you are aware this is out of our control and is a matter that is dealt with between solicitors and sellers. I can understand your frustration, but I would like to make you aware that this is the first time that this has occurred and is therefore an exceptionally unusual situation.
