Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are pleased that you are happy with your furniture however we are so sorry that your experience was not as enjoyable as it should have been; I understand one of our Online colleagues has been in touch to personally address your concerns. We did share your feedback with our couriers and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances they were unable to send the necessary amount of people for the delivery and whilst we understand things can happen at short notice occur, it would have been helpful for them to inform us, so we too could pass on the information to our customers. Constructive feedback is very much appreciated and as my colleague explained all of your concerns have been shared so thank you for bringing this to our attention and I hope you visit again in the future so that we may restore your faith in us. Kind regards
