Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry there was an issue with your delivery. It looks like when you placed your order the full address details did not come across from your PayPal account.
When we dispatch with Parcel Force they require a signature on delivery with them being part of the Royal Mail network, which is why they were unable to leave it in your porch and I'm sorry you had difficulty collecting it from your local depot.
I will contact you direct with more details.

Thanks for the feedback about the beer token scheme James, dependent on the offer you can use your beer tokens with a price reduction, they are just not available to use when you input a discount code.
