Hi there, I personally have a pilo fabric shaver and think it's brilliant. I've had the old version for years which still works and now the new version is even better. Due to the job the product needs to perform the mechanics are quite delicate which means we occasionally hear news of a faulty item or one that is not working as well as it should.
