Thank you for your feedback, and our apologies the door handle on your Skovby cabinet was sent incorrectly fitted. We received your email on the date of delivery 2nd June, and replied on the 3rd June advising we would contact Skovby regards this. We apologise there was a slight delay in getting back to you as we had to await further advice from the factory in Denmark. Unfortunately this model has been discontinued so Skovby were unable to supply a replacement door, but we have since collected the door from you in order to carry out the modifications in our workshop. We will be in touch with you again shortly to arrange return and fitting.
