We appreciate how frustrating it must have been to move from the seats you had specifically booked. We do our best to ensure reserved seats are correctly allocated, and on this occasion it appears this was not managed as it should have been. We will remind our drivers of the importance of checking that passengers are seated in their allocated seats before departure to help prevent similar issues in the future.
