The confusion with the coach seating and the poor condition of your room are unacceptable and not reflective of the standards we expect for our customers. Your comments about the torn bed base, stained carpet, and shabby décor have been passed to the hotel for immediate investigation. We are pleased you were happy with the driver and the food. Please remember that if anything is not satisfactory during your trip, always let the driver know straight away—they are there to help and will do everything they can to make your experience more enjoyable.
