Barnes Coaches คำวิจารณ์

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’ll be in touch with you directly to address this.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear you found the driver punctual, the coach clean, and the journey smooth overall. On the outward journey, due to operational reasons on the day of travel, the main coach was required to divert to collect passengers at Newbury, which is why the pick-ups may have seemed unexpected. We appreciate your understanding. The return journey operated exactly as planned and was unaffected. Traffic conditions when leaving London can unfortunately be unpredictable, but we’re glad this didn’t detract from your overall experience. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you on board again soon.
