Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you felt the need to leave us one star. Your order was placed over the phone on Thursday 05/02 and was processed and shipped the same day. Delivery was attempted on Friday 06/02 at 13.04 but your premises were closed. The courier carded the address and the parcel was returned to the hub for delivery on the next working day which was Monday 09/02 It was successfully delivered on Monday 09/02 at 12.29 Whilst we always attempt to meet our delivery timescales, unfortunately sometimes things are out of our control such as your premises not being open we arrived. It is unfortunate that being a weekend your delivery was delayed until the Monday, but our standard delivery terms are Monday - Friday. Again, we apologise that you were unhappy with our service, however we feel the delay you experienced was as a result of your premises being closed and not failed processes with our service.
