Good Morning Peter. Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Despite some of the inaccuracies in your review I do appreciate your frustration, of course. The hub swing was unavailable to order for approximately an hour as the web team where doing some maintenance on the listing. I spoke with you twice one the phone (calling you back as soon as the product was available to order - approximately an hour later as promised) and stayed on the phone and politely talked you through placing your order. Having received your abrupt email demanding an update on your order - I explained the situation regarding the stock and offered either a refund or to keep the product on back order. On the product listing on the website we displayed the message about the August dispatch - I appreciate this might have been missed. Kind Regards, Richard
My delivery was dispatched on 12/06 but upon checking Royal Mail a week later they had still not received the parcel from Bababing. I contacted their customer service department that were very quick...

After contacting Royal Mail numerous times with regards to your order and confirming your delivery address, it has been concluded that your order has been last in transit. Royal Mail have sincerely apologised for their error and therefore a replacement item has been sent to you today. An updated tracking information will be provided to you.

Item has now been received. So happy to have a travel mat back in my changing bag. Just a shame I couldn’t order the grey one that goes with my bag. I would recommend bababing to my friends
