Poor...
Insurance gone up from 600 to over 1000 this year. Govt investigations announced yesterday morning not a second too soon.

Thank you for your comment Unfortunately, there has been an increase in premiums across the insurance industry due to a number of reasons, including rising claims costs and high court awards.
The majority of customers across all companies are seeing price increases as a result. At AXA we try our best to minimise these increases, while still offering a great product to suit our customers needs.

I called into office on Mary Street, Dublin 1. A very reasaonable guy delt with me. I was happy with how I was dealt with and reasonably happy with the insurance renewal quote.

Happy with professional service, not happy my premium is gone up for no reason.
The lady I was dealing with in the Athy branch was lovely and very helpful. However, my premium is gone up by 20% and I have the maximum no claims discount. I couldn't understand it and still can't....

Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this.
At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.
