Very easy to deal with your representative. Competitive rates, no negatives about other company cover and rates e.g. "they don't give the same cover as we do".

Dealing with Axa itself was fine, however, I'd like to note, that AIB/Axa was not so much of a pleasant experience. I was told "the system was down" when clearly it wasn't (for every car < 15 years)....
