I am sorry I missed you on the phone. We appreciate the time you have taken to leave your feedback. Across the Irish Insurance Industry, premiums have risen due to a number of factors. A sustained increase in the number of personal injury claims, higher court awards, and the collapse of Setanta Insurance, have all contributed to this. At AXA we are dedicated to keeping our expenses down, using cost effective vehicle repairers and fighting fraud. However, personal injury claims are very high, and despite our on-going efforts to minimise cost, all premiums have gone up this year.
We really appreciate your custom and would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your loyalty to AXA and for renewing your policy with us. I am sorry that we did not respond to your query in a suitable time.
