I was unable to reach you by phone.  Thank you for your feedback.  Please accept my apologies for the misunderstanding.  This was an error on our behalf and occurred because you called to accept the renewal a few weeks before the actual expiration date.  We should have stopped the reminders from going out as the renewal had already been agreed and this was an oversight.
