Our aim is to answer all customer calls in a timely and efficient manor. When you call a specific branch number your call will hold for that branch for a period of time and if in that time there is no one available to take your call you will be put through to the next available agent to help you with your query.

All of our agents have access to the same system so should all be able to help you with your policy.
