Fast response online. Would be better to give online customers a phone call to confirm the details provided for both reassurance as communication can get lost or confused via email.

Car insurance bought via internet
Problems registering for online account to confirm and view insurance statements. The only way of contacting AXA is via a premium phone number which is not included in free minutes!
