Fine - but signs you up to auto-renew
Getting a quote and buying the policy was easy, but they sign you up to auto-renew with no way to opt out. You have to email them to do this, which is pretty sneaky.

automatic renewal opt in
force the customer down the path of auto renewal and make it difficult to opt out. also increase excess to make it look cheaper
