Hi Paul.  Many Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. I see that you did get on-line and you are now able to access your MY AXA account.  We are currently reviewing  our MY AXA site to make it even better and I will certainly pass your feedback on to the relevant department. With regards to the time spent in trying to get access to my AXA,  I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
