Dear Asuri, thank you for your feedback about our Venice tour - we are glad to read it was a nice experience for you to explore Venice with our guide.  The meeting point is located at the entrance to the Royal Garden located on the water front of St Mark's square therefore very central - plus, it's the only place with greenery near the square so it's impossible to miss it. You are given detailed directions on the voucher as well as on the website. We are the only company that operates tours from that location, other companies use other spots in Venice. If the area is crowded that's beyond our control - in peak season it's to be expected Venice can be very busy. Thank you for your feedback.
