Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry the tour did not meet your expectations. Our ghost tour is perhaps different than the ghost tours you can find for example in the UK or USA. Venice is a very particular and unique location so consequently its history is quite different and therefore less "ghostly" than your average city.  We feature not only ghost stories but local legends and history as well - in fact the tour's name is ghost and legends and not just ghost. In any case we are open to constructive discussion and welcome feedbacks ad suggestions from our travelers. We don't mind reviewing the itinerary with our guides if this helps us to improve. Dear Ramon,  thank you for your comments. Stefano is a very well-prepared and experienced guide - thank you for appreciating his knowledge. He is a very calm and even-tempered person so perhaps this might give an impression that he is not overly enthusiastic. We understand hover that the tour still did meet your expecations so thank you for giving us a 4-stars rating. The tour operates with a very small group which is not what the competition usually offers hence pehaps the rate is different than what others advertise but with a smaller group you have a much better quality.
