I had no problem with the web set up but why was the renewal premium of last years policy more expensive €122 difference

We understand your disappointment that your premium has increased significantly this year.
We constantly review the performance of our motor book and adjust rates according to experience, which can result in premiums increasing and decreasing for certain risk segments. In recent times we have experienced a significant increase in claims payments and the legal costs associated with these claims and this has had a negative impact on our premiums across the business. We are endeavouring to combat this increase and hope that by doing so it may display sophisticated pricing for our customers across the board.
We hope that this explanation goes some way to addressing the points raised by you and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience we may have caused.
