Upon reviewing your booking, we can confirm that the tickets were issued according to the details provided at the time of purchase. While we genuinely wish we could have made the requested changes directly, we are required to follow the ticket supplier’s terms and conditions. Once tickets have been processed and uploaded to the customer account, changes to the number of tickets, ticket dates or lead passenger details require the existing tickets to be cancelled and re-booked at the current price. Unfortunately, this can result in additional costs, as ticket prices may have changed since the original purchase.
