Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your order, it is very important to us to constantly improve our service so your input is really helpful. It is very hard to meet all foot shapes when designing our products and whilst we do our best sometimes styles can fit better than others. As our products are made from thick leather to ensure they are durable and last for many season to come the leather can appear harder when the sandals are first worn, but as with any leather product over time this will become softer and softer. The Priti dress has been one of our best sellers so it is a shame you were not happy with the material of the dress, but thank you again for your comments, these have been passed to our buying team for their consideration with future ranges. I am sorry to hear about the beads shedding on your bag - if you send the basket back to us then we can gladly send you a replacement product, and refund your postage costs for getting the basket back to us. Our baskets are usually very robust and we do not tend to have problems with beading coming loose so I apologise for this inconvenience.
