Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the wait time of your plants and packaging. Lavender is despatched from May, as soon as the plants are ready, and for their safety, when we can be sure that the last of the overnight frosts are over. We cannot see any correspondence from you either by email or telephone regarding these issues.
