Please accept our deepest apologies for the disappointment and frustration caused, particularly as you have been a loyal ARRAN customer for many years and have enjoyed saving your points for your annual visits to the Isle of Arran. We recently rebranded our ARRAN Rewards programme, and unfortunately, only customers who were registered members of the previous programme were carried over to the new system. To earn and redeem points, you do need to be signed up to ARRAN Rewards, and once registered, points will expire after one year of inactivity. We’re very sorry if the changes to the programme were not clear and appreciate how disappointing this must have been.
