Good product at a bargin price, plus it was delivered as promised. Can't say fairer than that.

Very pleased with Appliance Direct - they delivered on time, and did a split delivery because another part of the order was delayed. As yet, haven't had any need to deal with their customer services.

The cooker was not in stock, but customer service informed me of this straight away and I was given the option to order another cooker. I was told the cooker would be delivery in approx 3 weeks time,...

Make sure that you figure out how you're going to get this beast in your house to your desired location as we had a tight squeeze...
