Thank you for taking the time to provide us with some valuable feedback via Feefo.With regard to navigating back to items that you have recently viewed, this is possible if you select ‘Continue Shopping’ once you’ve added something to your basket and then go to the ‘RECENTLY VIEWED’ button/tab to see the products that you have looked at before. We do send a VAT form out with every order but it does only need to be completed once, we will look at the wording on this form to make sure that it is clearer that once you have completed and returned a form to us we keep that on file for all future transactions.We have stopped offering an exchange service as this was leading to confusion and disappointment from customers who were requesting exchanges on some items that were out of stock, reordering on the website allows you to see what is in stock and we can provide a promotional code to you to allow you to get free delivery on exchanges.Please let me know if there is anything else that we can help with.
