The items that are exempt from VAT are defined by Revenue and customs and they are defined as : VAT exemption applies to: ready-pocketed bras & pocketed clothing,swimsuits and swimwear ( exc briefs ),breast prostheses and nipples.

Your order consisted of the skin prepartion tonic and VAT does apply to this. Regards Amoena UK.
