With reference to your recent order - I can confirm this was despatch on the 20th November 2017 to 30 Alexandra Avenue, NG18 5AB.  As we could not supply the Emmy bra we had to cancel that payment for that item and only take payment for the items which were actually sent, this is why you received an automated message from us stating your order was cancelled - sorry for the confusion with this message it was only referring to one item not the entire order.The telephone number we have on your account seems to be incorrect as when calling to explain for this messages the person who answered stated that we had the wrong number.Once again please accept our sincere apologise for this confusion.
