First contact ordering was good. Payment made well on time did no get full receipt and then told I had not paid. confirmed I paid. Waiting for receipt.

Easy to book. Great value and great destinations
UK based cruises from Tilbury means easy access and parking without having to drive to the south coast

They accepted my application for a cruise experience and it was added to my bill and I received conformation by email immediately.
