Long phone call
Although very friendly caller, they did not know what to do. I had a booking that I wished to change as the fireworks have been cancelled . So we went through changing the date after checking this...
Very good and helpful when I needed help with a few questions

Good value for money
Really easy to use, good deal and looking forward to doing something with kids.
